Loan Consolidation

Hello,
I'm looking for advice on how to consolidate some speedy loans that I took out in the past few months. I'm a college teacher, and I needed to get some quick money because of not having worked over the summer vacation, and I found about seven loan offers of about $200 each. Unfortunately, though, they each charge about a $60 biweekly fee that doesn't go to the principal! Who should I contact in order to find out how to consolidate these loans? Or maybe there's some other alternative.

It would be a good idea to post this question in the Payday Loan forum...there are lots of people who are in your same position.
Also...which state do you live in? It's important to know the laws in your state because they can vary.
