First of all, this is a very informative website with great knowledge and information.....THANKS!
I'm in Texas and have pdl's with Vip Zip19 PayDay One Arrowhead CashCentral FastCash InstantCashUSA (that I am on payment plan with) EZMoney CashAmerica and AdvanceAmerica... I have defaulted on ALL of them and have 2 on payment plan. I have read the laws for Texas so whats the worst case scenerio for my situation? Do I need to send a letter to have them stop calling or what should I do? I need a good interpreter or an atty to understand the laws for the states CSO's. If I need to send letters how do I obtain addresses and phone #'s for these companies and which ones are legal or illegal?
If some of the pdl's are illegal do I still make payment arrangements? This is VERY STRESSFUL!!! Because of my situation with these loans, I have fallen behind with my other responsibilities....Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.....

In Texas, internet payday loan companies work as Credit Service Organizations. The laws applicable for pdls in Texas don't work for CSOs.
