Did you get a summons to court? Did you go to court and they won? Did you NOT go to court and they got a default judgement? I ask because I have heard CAs tell debtors that they have 'filed a judgement' against them and it is a bunch of lies, you don't have a judgement filed...a judgement is awarded..I am just wondering at your use of the words.
