My story is pretty much the same as everyone else's...medical bills that I thought short term PDLs would help me meet... they did for awhile, but now they are out of control and I am facing having to lose everything just to get out of their control!
My checking account is $1500 overdrawn since they continue to debut my account, even after I asked them to stop and I have been making moneygram payments. They fail to post the moneygram payments on time and now I seem to keep having the same balance that never decreases. I had them all almost paid down to less than $75 and then I missed one payment due to HAVING to pay my utilities and rent or risk eviction, and now they are all back up to almost the starting amount! What can I do????

They are all internet loans:
Sagamore - principle $350.00 in defualt since October( only paid the rollover amount of $90 since July.
MyPaydayLoan - principle $350.00 I have paid over $500.
Cash Now - principle $375.00 I have paid $600.00

Please help I make decent money $43K a year...but when I was out of work and going through a divorce and then got sick....I thought I could manage the PDL scam... I cant!
What can I do???

welcome frannie, first pdl's are prohibited in NC.that meand you only owe what you borrowed that's it.second see if you can put your account on DEPOSITS ONLY status.your bank manager shoul be able to do this for you.if not and you get direct deposit.have your HR or payroll give you a live check for 2-3 weeks.then set up a new account at a different bank.jusy don't pay these places anymore is it looks like you have overpaid each one.file AG and FTC complaints.again welcome and get your account in order first, then stop paying these illegal pdl's you have overpaid.
