Cash Banc

Hi everyone,
I had 10 pdls', thanks to this site I have paid 2 off.. Cash Banc is one I'm still working on. I borrowed $500, paid back $570 and then had a lot of trouble with my checking so they haven't gotten anything else. I did make arrangements to pay back $400 additional over 4 pay periods but haven't been able to do that. Someone I talked to there said if I couldn't do that, I'd have to pay back $900+ and they'd be drafting my bank acct for it.I went to the site today and it said my last payment was $900+ (of course, that payment will be returned from my bank unfortunately). Now I've gotten a letter from them thanking me for being such a good customer and inviting me to apply for a new loan.. What???? I'd never do that, first of all.. but I'm puzzled by the whole thing. I live in Missouri.. I don't know if Cash Banc is legal, I don't think so but am not sure..

Here is a link to a recent question about Cash Banc. They appear to be illegal and since that is the case you only have to pay back the principal borrowed which you said you already have. Read more on what to do by following this link.
