If you got a loan and dealt with Cash Today, Ltd or Interim Cash....or any affiliation..you are going to get ALL your money back sometime in the next few years. This could be from a few hundred to several thousand (which are owed to most). This is because the FTC has finally come down hard on them. The papers have been served..and we should find out by the end of the year what Aaron Gershfield decides to do. He might settle. However, if he does not....he will be forced into a trial in court...this court would be in the US..because he broke US laws.

Hooray!! A victory for us cheated by loan companies!!

The FTC is seeking damages and 100% refunds. I am actually a person involved if there should be a trial. I have evidence against them. Most likely, they will be forced to settle....it will be in the millions what they owe. Pretty much; it is an illegal loan...so, ANY payments made...including fees should and will be refunded. The FTC told me this what they are after. And, they usually are good at that. They may not be able to shut them down (local UK officials are working on that), but they can drain them of finances.

Woohoo!!

The FTC is federal....and THE most powerful consumer group in the world. The are FEDERAL. The have won several cases. If Cash Today does not comply or they lose the trial...they will be forced by the courts to pay. The state cannot do anything. When Nevada did this a while ago...they did not have all the info about Cash Today....The FTC has almost everything you can think on the company...even I do. Trust me...we won this. It WILL take a while since there are ALOT of people affected by this.

I completely agree. The main reason this action is so important is because hopefully, it sets a precedent for the FTC to go after the other offshores out there--and I really hope that Sonic, Northway and Cast Transfer Centers are next. I also had a Cash Today Loan, which I did pay off, and if I get a refund, great--but if this means that other offshores will be shut down, frankly, that's better. Let's end this Cancer before other people get hurt by these PDL's.

Larry good for you that is the smart thing to do. The desire to end the cycle is strong in all of us but sometimes the means makes it so difficult. I have been working on mine for several months now, the process is slow but rewarding when you see the light at the end of the tunnel and the number of loans you have start dwindling down.

You should only use a PDL as a last resort and only once. Live within your means and make sure that if you do take the loan, you can pay it back on your next payday...NO MATTER WHAT!

I have seen too many people go down in flames using PDL's like a credit card.

I found his number on here. 07973 377 915 For those who've been called multiple times at work (as I have), you should all now call and harass this Aaron Gershfield criminal mastermind and ask him how it feels. Better still, ask him how he'd like to pay for his $200 loan!
