Is United Cash Loans leagal to operate in Arizona? I am trying to advise a friend not to go that route...I could not find any info on this site for AZ..

If you do a search for "United Cash Loans" on this site, you'll find more information than you'll know what to do with. You'll find a lot of posts about personal experiences as well as their legal status...it is in fact illegal for them to lend as I don't believe they are licensed in any state.

Have your friend hop onto this site...hopefully they'll see that any way but the PDL way is the best way to go.

Also, take a look at the Pay Day Loan forum...you'll find a lot there too.
