Nov. question of the month??

I was gone over the holiday and I checked before I left to read the Nov. answers for the question of the month and they were still taking answers. Today I check and there is a new question. I looked at the past questions and it only showes the winner for Oct. Nothing for Nov. What happened?? What and when did I miss it??? Anybody know???
