Captial Management is still calling my parents phone number. I have told them to stop calling there and that I do not live there anymore and they have my phone number but still continue to call. My parents are mad that they keep calling and have told them I do not live there and asked them to stop calling. They are being told that I have a debt that they are collecting on and told them what it was for. Can they do that? How can I get them to stop calling there since they said they would stop?

It is violation of collection laws, FDCPA, to disclose any information to a third party, namely relative until and unless he/she is the spouse.
Please contact the Attorney General of your state and report the irregularities there. You can also file your complaint to Federal Trade Commission (FTC).

Guest878, you should send them a C&D letter CMRRR, advising them to cease calling your parents, friends, neighbors, etc and that all contact should be by US Mail only unless you want them to call you at home.
