I received my first response back from my BBB complaint against them this morning. I immediately disputed it. Has anyone received this one before? If so, what steps did you take next? The lies in this are just unblievable. I did respond to them, and I've grossly overpaid. I also love how they act like they're not affiliated with Paycheck Today.

Mr. xxxxxxx,

We have reviewed the account belonging to xxxxxxxxx. In her complaint, she is referencing her delinquent loan with us and a loan with a different processing center, Paycheck Today. We cannot respond on behalf of that processing center.

Concerning the delinquent loan that xxxxxxxxx obtained from our processing center, a response was sent to her the day that she submitted a complaint directly to our office. In the response, we made a fair settlement offer to her, discounting the amount actually owed, but she has not responded to our offer. She has confirmed in her complaint to you that she received our response. It is unclear at this point why she has not responded to our offer, or why she submitted a complaint to you when we have been willing to settle the account to her satisfaction and there has not been any problem reaching a resolution to the complaint with our company directly.

We believe all the terms and conditions of this loan have been met on our end. We have closed this customer's account to future loans, as she is clearly not in agreement with the terms of the loans that we offer (although she has returned to us on many occasions for additional lending without argument or coercion). Due to the fact that xxxxxxxxx delinquent balance with our processing center far exceeds the amount loaned to her most recently, we will have no other choice but to refer the account to an outside collection agency for recovery of the delinquent balance should an agreement not be reached. We will consider this matter closed unless we hear from you.
