Cannot stop Morgan & Associates

I know people on here have told me to ignore them but they continue to call. Today they called me work about 20 times in a row! What do I do? My lawyer has called them but they continue to call. He says he will call them again but will they ever go away?? How do we stop them??


It will stop on its own after a few days, and then it may start over a few months later. There is no "Morgan & Associates". It's just the latest scam United Pay is using to extort money from former payday loan borrowers. They used to pretend to be "U.S. Federal Bank," something called the "Financial Crimes Investigation Unit" and even the FBI. When those scams got exposed in the media they started pretending to be a law firm. But all they are is a call center in India.

I know you and others say it will stop on its own but it has been going on for a couple of weeks now. They stop for a few days and then start up again. I do not owe anymore payday loans and have never had one with Quick Payday. This particular guy that is calling me is relentless. He calls and if I don't answer, he will call back 20 times or so until e finally gives up. I keep hearing that not talking to them is the best thing so I avoid his calls but he makes it tough.
