You have given me such good advice before. I hate to bother you but I cannot get these guys from Morgan & Associates to quit calling! I have checked all my payday loans and they are all paid even though some were reported to Teletrak. Even then they were paid. Are you still of the opinion to ignore these guys and they will quit calling? This one particular guy that is calling me this time will call 10 times in a row to see if I will pick up the phone. I keep ignoring him but must admit I am a nervous wreck. Am I doing the right thing??? Thanks for all of your help.

yes he will give up,just don't even say a word to him.having a lawyer call them does no good as they are in INDIA.i know it's hard, but talking to this doofus is only going to get you more calls.had to step away to do some inventory, but i'm here.

yes i know that.just think about how he's stressing because he can't get you on the line to threaten you.that is how i handled it until he stopped.i imagined him with a vein in his neck throbbing because i wasn't giving him the satisfaction.

Okay ... the calls stopped for a few days. Now I got a call yesterday from United Legal Services so instead of Morgan & Associates, they now are saying United Legal. From what I read on here, they are all the same people??? Do you think they are?? They seem to stop calling for awhile and then start up a couple of months later. Do you know of anyone else who has had that experience?? I cannot seem to get them stopped completely.

Okay .. hate to be paranoid here ... but do not talk to them at all??? Just let the phone ring when it is a strange number?? I just don't understand how people on here have gotten them to go away so easily. It must be because I made the mistake of talking to them about six months ago. They really scare me.

it wasn't just that, but you kept talking to them in some form when you found out who they are.to your other point, yes if i didn't recognize the number it went to voicemail.i never returned the calls and deleted those messages with a smile.

One more thing ... is there anything you can say to them to get them to go away? I know all my PDL's are paid but I keep thinking there might be one I forgot. I guess that is what he is banking on, huh? I do have some reported to Teletrak but they are paid. However, I have read they get hold of the Teletrak reports and then call people.

tell him you know he's in india, you know he's a scam, and that you are reporting this and filing police reports.having your attorney call this moron will do no good as they will just say what they have been telling you.say that if you are trapped into talking to this loser.

yes he will go away again, but if you are cornered so to speak tell him those things.in fact try this as a last ditch.my friend said this and he never heard from them again.he said.

i know you are funding terrorists.i wonder what my friend at the FBI would do with a recorded conversation and threats from abroad.
it worked for him,try it only if you feel it neccesary.

It has been a month now since I heard from them and then today I got a voicemail message at work from T. Robinson saying he was with United Legal and I was in big trouble. So, still ignore them? They seem to go away for a month and then come back.

I thought they had done away. Now I got a voicemail message again today. It has been about 5 weeks since the last call. It seems they go away for awhile and then try again. Dawnlango, so you still get calls every now and then? I cannot seem to get them stopped but am ignoring them as paulmergel has suggested. I just don't understand why they will not go away completely. Paul, do you think this is because I talked to them at first and had a lawyer call them as recently as November??
