Medical Bills

Hello, I live in Ohio and most of my problems on my credit bureau are from medical bills. I have 18 negative items on it and they are all for medical bills. Recently, I have received notice that a judgement was made against me for one of them. I didnt go to court because I know I owe them but I dont even have 20 extra dollars a month to send them. I live paycheck to paycheck and many times have to forgo paying electric to pay gas then not pay gas to pay water and food. I juggle what I can. My question is this i received some official looking documents that they want me to fill out so they can garnish my wages. Legally do I have to tell them where I work, also can they really garnish my wages for medical bills? I am almost to the point where I am going to have an emergency admission because I am so stressed. Please advise thank you.

Were you served a civil summons and did not answer it? I was sued for a medical bill at a local hospital by a bottomfeeder who hired Faber and Brand to collect. They are located out of Missouri who hire lawyers in your state to represent their "client". I was served a civil summons that I answered and went to court when these uncaring people would not work with me. You need to check on this and make sure everything is in order or at least have a attorney look at it. Usually they will give you a free consultation.
