Good day I have question i'm be sue be worldwide asset purchshg ii,llc and they are using a attornery,Hodges,Avrutis & Foeller, P.A in florida they have sent a summes i have responed to them with a letter thru the court so i can make arrengment to pay 100.00 a month but they did not accept my offer they are asking me to take the judgment and then make arrangements to pay 100. a month.what else can i do to fix my problem?any advice would be good. Thank you

Thank you for the answer regarding the above lawsuit.unfortunaetly,in light of the size of outstanding balance on the account, our client has advised that they would not be agreeable to payment arrangement of $100/mo as it simply would take too long for the lawsuit to be suspende.they would;agreeto accept the 100/mo payment once the judgment has been entered. can any one give me advice
