HELP! Paying for bills with no money

My house is being foreclosed upon anyday now, but I still have to pay bills (even though utilities turned off already) and have no job/ money to do so. No bank account and no I.D. after being robbed...where do I go to honestly get help in paying my utilities and still try to eat and live?
