credit card app.

I applied for a credit card through my bank (US Bank) and was declined. They stated that they use a numerical score provided by the credit bureau to approve applicants. They then state that my credit bureau did not contain a score. Has anyone else ever encountered this, and what should I do?

Have you ever applied for credit before? That could be the issue. If you never have had credit you will need to get something small and show that you can manage your accounts and once you get a solid score banks will open up to you.
