Small Claims+credit

Being sued by 4th or 5th JDB to purchase my name. 6 months ago Plaintiffs lawyer came to court with no validation and got 6 month ext. from judge to look for it. Since then JDB's law firm only sent me a bill(statement of account) from the JDB(not the OC). On the bottom of the bill was a small snippet from a credit report, no $amounts in this cut and paste job. Is this piece of paper from the plaintiffs lawyer all that is needed for him to win his case? Also, during this 6 months waiting period I stupidly sent a offer of compromise contract to the lawyer though stating in the contract I deny the claim. Did I open myself up to some tacit agreement of the debt?
No you are doing just fine. You could just explain to the courts
No you are doing just fine. You could just explain to the courts that you wanted to help them end their issues. Do not send anything further and you may consider fililing your own suit. This is not legal advice and I am not an attorney.
