Last year Weltman, Weinberg & Reis tried to sue me using an old address but the summons was returned as 'undeliverable' since I hadn't lived there in 6 years.

Today for kicks I went to my local courthouse website and noticed this case was updated with

ASSIGN SHOW CAUSE DISM

What does that mean?

They might have tried to file a Rule to Show Cause (for your failure to appear), in which case "DISM" appears the Rule was dismissed because you were never served in the first place.

Are you in Illinois? A Rule to Show Cause (in IL) is a step prior to them obtaining a body writ (warrant) out for you. But that happens after they've already obtained a judgment.
