does anyone know what this is: CATHERINE/TAPE REPORT it was on my credit report.

It's on my report also. I haven't a clue. Does anyone have any info?

Dispute it through the credit reporting agency. At the very least, you'll get the details...

I found it on my credit report also, apparently it is associated w/Lane Bryant, do you have an account with them?
