debt collectors on my credit report

I have 2 companies on my credit report for Experian when I look tonight.
Unistates Credit Agency is the first one. They have never contacted me and it says on my credit report, " unable to locate consumer" LOL I have been at the same address for 31 years. I seen about them going bankrupt and I disputed it so do you think it will get removed this time?
midland credit management is the other company. They sent me a letter 6 months ago. I sent a DV letter the same day and they never responded. Now they are on my credit report but everything says N/A. No balances, no dates, nothing. It also says, under review per the FCRA. I disputed this entry so if it comes back verified should I send them another DV letter telling them to remove the entry and if they do not, I will sue them? What would you do?
