has anyone ever been sued by cach with this lawyer Amelung, Wulff, Willenbrock & Pankowski they are located in saint louis mo.

If you have are they all the ball or not. I have yet to be served papers but found it online court date 1/7/09. It shows they are going to serve me SUM, PET, EXHIBIT. Not sure what that is all about. I haven't paid on this card since 04 if it's the one I'm thinking it is. I'm cleaning my credit up so I don't have many out there I think it was my prodivan. But i didn't have the card when they went to washington mutal or who ever bought them.

But I think I made my last payment in 04

I'm in missouri

ok, first, the SUM is summons, PET is petition, and EXHIBIT is basically going to be some piece of paper that they are using to substantiate their claim against you. It would appear that you will get a copy of those things when you are served.

SOL in your state is 10 years, so they are well within that time frame.

since there is a date already set, I am concerned about whats known as 'improper service'. you need to check with the court clerk's office IMMEDIATELY--you want to see the whole docket for this case thus far. youre looking for anything about the plaintiff claiming that service was performed, because they may be trying to get a default judgment against you illegally.
