Eastside Lenders -Loan was $550 - paid $390
Nationwide - Loan was $600 -paid 780
ACH Loans - 200 -paid 275
SJM Marketing -300 -paid 270
I defaulted on these loans back in early November - the only ones bothering me are Eastside Lenders.
I have an old bank account which I began to use after I closed my other account linked to these loans.
Now I am wondering if they will begin to debit the account number I am using now, as I see they can sprout up in account numbers not listed with them.

hello,being from illinois myself i can tell you that as long as you don't apply for any credit on teletrack.like pdl's or rent to own places you should be fine.i can tell you that these places
are illegal and will eventually fight you.i had eastside and they were a pain.here is what you legally owe these pdl's
eastside lenders you owe 160.00
nationwide owes you 180.00
ach loans owes you 75.00
sjm you owe 30.00
now try to pint that out to them and they will get snippy with you.i would file AG,FTC and BBB complaints against every pdl you have.

SJM just had a "lawyer" call me and ask why I fraudulently close
SJM just had a "lawyer" call me and ask why I fraudulently closed my bank account and wants more $$ in legal fees as part of the fraud investigation. I hung up on her.

ignore the guest.this illegal pdl had an employee say they were an attorney.this pdl is not legal period much less in IL.so any threats toward the loans are illegal as well.
