Has Anyone ever heard of "Cato Corporation?"

Recieved a call yesterday. Now and then, we do recieve calls from bill collectors. This call was recorded. All that was said was the toll free no. My name is Mr. Brown, and that he was with the "Cato Corporation". It may not be a bill collector. If it is, I want to be prepared. There was no phone no. on Caller Id. It just said Uknown number. I did not write the toll free no. down either. It could have been someone doing a survey or something but it also could be a bill collector. They did not state however who they were trying to contact. I will be so glad when the day will come when people won't have to be bothered with this kind of stuff. I am out of work still right now, and I haven't been able to collect on my unemployment. I have submitted apps for jobs but keep getting turned down. My car is also on the fritz now with no money to pay to get it repaired. Yep, things are not working out so well. I hope however, that this is'nt another bill collector.
