Listen enough of people saying pay your own bills, this was a service people used to negotiate with creditors to get a fee they could afford just like any normal human being would do, so stop putting yourselves on pedastals that do not even exist,and make out that your lives are so hunky dory.

Any company that was kicked out of a state the size of California, and had a Desist and Refrain order put against them from the US GOVERNMENT for illegal activity & taking advantage of senior citizens is not a good sign, this company is not licensed anywhere to do debt settlements, no state banking regulators would allow them to take money out of your bank account they would not license such entities as this, they are not permitted anywhere to be proraters, they just want your money, when you are approved by them which is a joke they approve everyone and then you enroll with them, the person you dealt with suddenly disappears you will not be able to get a hold of them, then you realize that they are doing nothing to help you and you want to cancel, this is what they want you to do it is all planned that way, after three phone calls of complaining they put you in their delete files this is all set up prior to you enrolling, they then talk to each other and say you deserve this for being in so much debt and you are nothing but a low life bum, do not have anything to do with this company, Consumer Beware.

I have been trying to find out what Bella Financial Inc new name is.

Mountain View Finacial Group, That is the name of another Michael Hauser company in Newcastle Delaware, also another company is Debt By Debt Settlement Services, and another My Debt Hurts, and of course Bella Financial Inc & Bella Financial.

A woman by the name of Rita calls from Mountain View Financial Group and say they EXample: if you have 65,000 worth of CC debit, they can settle that $35,000 of your original debt will be forgiven, so you will only have to pay back $25,000. This company is advertised on 1010wins

These companies are all run by the same people, they have been scamming people for years, making false promises that they have no intention of keeping this has been said by ex employees, the owner is Michael Hauser that plays golf and poker everyday and wants you to cancel so he can put you in his famous delete file it is a total scam and ripoff

I too used this company, Mountain View Financial, Rita Moore, Erica Kozlow, Lisa Alonso. Stay as far away as possible. Do not in any way use this bunch!!!!!! Rita Moore will tell you not to listen to creditors when they call, hang up immediately, the reason is the credit card companies are more truthful than this bunch of thieves.
The next trick they use is we have been trying to get a hold of you because we have negotiated with a creditor but have not been able to reach you so now we will have to renegotiate. This bunch will do nothing but take money, Rita Moore will tell you one story, Lisa will tell you another story, Erica will give you yet another version. At least they all lie well, they are good at that.
Stay away from this bunch!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
