i didn't,but it sounds like a bottomfeeder collector.i wouldn't worry this clown can't have you arrested for owing a debt.debts are civil matters not criminal ones.

i reversed it on whitepages, its an unpublished # in atlanta ga, i dont have access to my skip tracing sites that i use at work. but all the pdl collectors i've dealt with recently are east coast.

I did some research as well. They are those nutbag collectors posing a law enforcement. I just found a site, where dozens of people go the same call. Cashtoday called me once with the same threat. I will report them as well to the FTC if they call me again.

The name is Delanor Kemper & Associates. They are based in Atlanta, GA. I have their address as well. These people are really crazy. They use several different names as well.

I also recieved a call from one of thier so called invistigators He provided me with a diffrent num 678-500-8467. Their tactics are really shady.

The gentleman Hill said he was a detective, who called me on my cell phone looking for my brother. I passed the information along to my brother. Then Mr Hill called me again. I thought to myself if he truly is a detective, he can locate my brother and that's what I'll tell Mr Hill, if he calls me back. Also, going to tell him to remove me from his calling list or I will invesitage him.........
