Could someone please post the FL Laws regarding internet payday loans. How or where do I find if a company is operating legally/illegally in the state of FL? The company I am having problems with is MyCashNow and ameriloan.

I will post your laws but keep in mind that some pdl's are operating as CSO's in the state of FL, this means they are 100% legal in what they charge. Also, ameriloan isn't licensed to len anywhere in the U.S., so you won't be able to find a license for them. The address I have for MyCashNow is listed below. CLICK HERE for the licensee data base for pdl's in FL. One sure way to find out if MyCashNow is operating as a CSO is to call the Office Of Financial Regulations in FL at (850) 410-9805.
