can my paycheck be garnished by internet payday loan website's? I live in Arizona, and am barely living on what I make. I am worried about the repercussions. I already closed my bank account cause I thought that would fix it.


Please list the names of the loan companies and how much you borrowed and how much you have paid back.

They can not garnish unless they take you to civil court and get a case judgement against you.

Here are the laws for AZ.
