Discover called my parents

can discover keep calling my parents home phone number which i never gave them after i told them to cease and desist. According to fdcpa law they are forbidden to do this. Am i correct?

Do they have your current address and phone number? A C&D from your parents would be binding as she is a 3rd party unrelated to the underlying transaction. They have no business calling and it is harrassment. If they are calling her cell phone they could be held liable for $500 per call under the FCC's TCPA.
