account being recalled..

does anybody know what does that mean.i called a ca who has my macys account.they told be its being recalled back to macys.
It means that it has been at that agency too long with no result
It means that it has been at that agency too long with no results. They will recall it and then more than likely suffle it to another agency.
It means that Macys has taken it back from the collection agency
It means that Macys has taken it back from the collection agency and will probably charge it off and sell it to another one.
