Included was a letter with an address of the former MBNA bank, screenshots of a program with my name and a credit card number and a copy of a NAF judgement that Wolpoff Abramson had on me. No signed contract and no proof they are licensed to collect in my state, no proof the statute of limitations has not expired (debt is over 7 years old IIRC and in Texas 7 years is the statute of limitations).

Were you aware of the arbitration hearing? Did you not respond? If you were not properly notified the NAF judgement is worthless.

Sounds like this went thru the arbitration process and teh claim was awarded to the plaintiff but you need to find out if a judgement was affirmed as well. Hit your county court website (likely a JP court) and see if you can find out anything further. If you can pull it up online, you need to head down to the courthouse and pull a copy of the file.
