I have many payday loans I am trying to resolve this issue with but the one I need help with today is

A2Bcash.com - $200 loan, I've paid $982.00

I received the following correspondence from them, what should I do? I stressed out so bad with this. The bottom sentence states that they know where I got the letter from, I guess here....

The Loan Agreement, to which we have adhered to by funding the loan, detailed that your loan was subject to the Arbitration Laws of Malta, a fact by which you confirmed your understanding and acceptance of via the online signature you made. Please note, we are not a US company, have never prescribed to be a US company and have no US presence, as such are not subject to the US laws you detail. Please refer to your copy of the Loan Agreement. Under the terms of the Agreement you consented to make payments via ACH until the loan was satisfied in full. We will continue to make all reasonable attempts to make contact and to attempt collection of all funds due and payable to enable the loan agreement to be satisfied, as per the original provisions. We are aware of the website, you have obtained this 'letter' from. We suggest you get proper legal advice. Regards, Customer Services

PLEASE HELP!! SHOULD I JUST IGNORE?

you coulf file FTC and AG complaints, but they are in MALTA and therefore can do nothing to you.i would give your HR or payroll person a WAGE ASSIGNMENT REVOCATION letter.just in case they try that route.in reality which these places know nothing about they should refund the overpayment.at least give you a PIF.yes ignore the calls and emails though.it's not worth getting worked up over.
