yeah i have a loan with them

i'm dealing with ameriloan and usfast cash now. their info is

These accounts were paid off last month (July). You are still taking the $75.00 & $50.00 out this month, I want the funds returned to my account and all other transactions to then stop. If this is not done I will contact my lawyer & the better bissness bureau.

Richard this is not Ameriloan website. This is a website for helping people escape the PDL cycle. I suggest you call your bank and reverse the transaction immediately.

God help you with Ameriloan. I too am dealing with them now and feel that they are one of the worst bottom feeders out there. They repeatedly ignore c&d and all other communications. Anyone had any luck dealing with them? I refuse to pay more than I owe, and they dont give any options other than a debit card for full payment. Do I have hope that after a while of this they will realize they are not getting that and work out a payment arrangement for amount borrowed?

i don't believe so. Impact cash is Rocky Boy Technologies now.

I would say that it is best not to talk to ameriloan. Do any communications via email or postal service. They are not very easy to communicate with.

thank you everyone for the information i have trying to called to make a full payment and no matter number i call i can't get anyone with a pulse....this is crazy......i think i'm going to have to change my account before they take out more then what they should...thanks once again to every one

what a rip off i have paid twice what i borrowed and they keep taking without permission
will not answer the phone so had to close all accounts never again

what to do when you repeatedly write to your bank via their secure message program only to be continually disappointed with their lack of action with an account which was used illegally.
