I have a question nascar, I had a judgment placed against me ,supposedly the lawyer said he was suing for LVNV Funding. This was almost 10 months ago and nowhere has the judgment showed up on my credit report.
LVNV Funding is still on there and they keep updating the file but the amount is more than the judgment was for. I am starting to think the attorney purchased the debt for LVNV Funding and said he was suing for them when he really wasn't now he don't have my personal information to report to my credit report.
Does that sound logical?

So I guess that's a good thing that it doesn't show up. LVNV Funding is off my credit report in 1 year also so that's good news too. Plus I can't pay them and they can't take my money, I am on disability and judgment proof.
