I recieved a notice of arbitration last week. It is asking for me to submit an answer with in 20 days? Can some one walk me through this process? Also should it go to court and a judgment is granted, what happens? I know in PA they can't garnish wages.

You really might need to get an attorney for this, depending on who is suing you.

I got an arbitration letter from Mann Bracken and I sent a DV letter and now they sent me this new letter telling me that a document hearing will be scheduled with the NAF and the arbitrator's resume, which I thought was weird.
