Morning,

I recieved a notice of arbitration last week. It is asking for me to submit an answer with in 20 days? Can some one walk me through this process? Also should it go to court and a judgment is granted, what happens? I know in PA they can't garnish wages.

Thanks

Who is the arbitrator? Does it list a company name? Arbitration takes your rights away and your right to a fair trial. It is a one sided scam, which sides with the debt collectors, and you have a less than 3% chance of winning against them.

You really might need to get an attorney for this, depending on who is suing you.

Also besides who the arbitrator is, what is the debt for and when was the last time you paid on it?
