Does anyone know of a reputable, helpful credit counseling firm? You see so many advertised but you don't know who is reputable, honest and helpful; I need to get out of debt but don't know where to begin.

Resposible Credit Counseling
Consumer Credit Management (CCM) is located in Framington Hills, MI 48334. They came highly recommended by my attorney. We only just used them for pre-bankruptcy counseling but I got an unsolicited endorsement from a customer of mine today.
She raved about their program. The cost is reasonable. They answered all of her questions and return phone calls promptly.
The staff is knowledgeable and if they are not located near you, their website has loads of information.
