Yes. I believe Arrowhead is a payday loan company. It sounds like they are trying to contact you to get payment.

I doubt that case number is a civil court case number. If so you would have received information about it from the court.

You can check your county website to see if there is a case pending against you, though I rather doubt it, it sounds like a typical illegal scare tactic to get you to pay up.

yeah i had arrowhead too.they are part of the GENEVA ROTH collection of pdl compost.they are illegal in 95% of this country.what state are you in?

but my phone calls where out of Atlanta GA. just like your's, they where very fishy....first number you call it's an answering service stating they are fulton county sheriffs dept. warrant division. it continues to tell you to leave your name, warrant number, and a call back number. I did that, got a call from what was or is supose to be an investigator phillips. She went on to say there was a warrant sitting on her desk that will be put through to my county as of today the 19th if I do not call this other number and talk with a Mr. Ross. I said thank you and hung up with her.

I called Mr. Ross and what a joke that was. He said I owed check n go 2,800.00 and that he could cut it in half for me if I paid today and that I could pay two payments of 700.00. So I asked him what company he was from and to give me an address. He said we have no address to send, you will have to give me a debit card number. I said I don't have a bank account with a debit card. He then told me that I could go to walmart and buy me a visa debit reload card. I proceeded to tell him I did not have 700.00 to put on it. So he says to me, well then when can you, if you just get the card and call me with the numbers on it I can stop the warrant for your arrest.

I told him I have no idea when I will have the money, now would you please tell me what company you represent. He said Vander something chase and associates. I then asked why can I not make small payments?. He said we don't do it that way, you have to pay back the reduced in two installments on a visa debit card.
I said ok I will call you back at 4 oclock....Of course I never did as all of this was just to fishy for me. I'm going to sit on it, I doubt anything will come of it. After all this loan is 3 years old, I have never heard of anyone calling to say they have a warrant on there desk waiting to go into process. I think it is a crock, scam..and I hope they never call my number again. I'm not scared!!!!! and I don't see any reason why I should be.
