What do I do?
This "company",City View Cash keeps debiting $60 from my bank account. This is the third time this has happened, and i do not have an account with them!
I had never heard of them up until about 2 mos ago when they started taking money from my account.
How could they have gotten my info?
What can i do to stop this as soon as possible????
They do not have any contact info on their website.and they have not responded to my e-mails(surprise,surprise).
I was told by a CSR at my bank to contact my stste's attorney general, but i don't know where the company is located.Does it matter?
Please help me!!!!

I'm sorry to tell you this, but there is only one sure way to stop the withdrawals, and that is to close your account. If that isn't an option, then tell the bank to put a hard debit block on your account. Before you close your account, read this information at the link below. http://www.debtconsolidationcare.com/paydayloan/close-account.html

Please do not let any of these pdl's know you are going to close your account, until AFTER you have done it!

These companies are unbelievable, if there not getting account numbers from an affiliate they must be searching the internet. My payroll deposit goes into an account that I have never shared with anyone or purchased anything online. I have a separate account I am using to clear up my PDL's.

I just had $400 deposited into my account under the name Red River. I have been going crazy trying to figure out where it came from. I checked out another post somewhere and cityview cash came up. I took a loan out with them a couple months ago .. and paid it off. I just went on their website and lo and behold .. there's a loan application for me with an open loan. I did not request this loan, but yet they have an application for me. WTF?? Do NOT do business with this company as they are practicing some illegal operations!!

I would like to let you know that not all City View are a rip off. If you ever applied for a quick loan on the internet or someone in your family did, look on your statment or the internet if you use the internet to check your account and the loan amount that was approved will appear. I received a loan from them a payment was taken out in Feb., not in March, but a company that I just had to go to my bank and my corrections on called Red River is trying to get the same amount. Be sure and go back a month or more on your scam.
