Unfortunately I didnt read the fine print all the way, but I took out an online payday loan and what I agreed to was that at anytime after default they can take the full amount I owe from my check, so by electronically signing that agreement does that give the PDL comany the authority to bypass any wage garnishment laws set by the state?

Yes ACH only, the company is CashTransferCenter and i defaulted over a month ago, they kept trying to debit, i finally talked to someone that said they could setup a payment plan but it was only in 2 payments, they said they were going to have to send it to an outside collection agency, but i had one lady tell me since i authorized them that can take my paycheck, i've beed reloaning over and over for 10 months, now i owe $1200, i want to make payments, if they take that out at once that would put me and my family in a dire hardship, I know it was dumb to do it in the first place, but i didnt think to do any research before hand.

draft a WAGE ASSIGNMENT REVOCATION letter and give it to your HR or payroll person.cashtransfercenters is located in the UK and do nothing.a wage assignment is voluntary and can be revoked at anytime.so can an ACH authorization as well be revoked.revoke the wage assignment and watch this overseas illegal pdl crawl.by the way you only owe what you borrowed nothing more.do not let the lymies tell you different.your re-loans don't apply.if you borrowed let's say 300.00 you owe 300.00 that's it.if they tell you anything else.tell them that's tough luck.you will pay back what was borrowed that time.

it doesn't matter.as long as your HR or payroll person didn't get via fax.a sheet to assign wages you are good to go.do not worry about this lymie loan.once you give that letter to your payroll person all they can do is call.as stated before, they are in the UK and can do nothing once you revoke that wage assignment.they can call or email with flimsy limp threats, but that's all they are.flimsy limp threats.

I called my payroll dept and they said in NV in order for them to even process a wage assignment they have to have an actual letter with me and my wifes signature agreeing to it. so since this was done online, and i'm the only one that "digitally" signed it, I think it'll be ok, however i will still send out the letters, can never be too safe. wish i knew all this almost a year ago, i would have set up payment arrangements instead of paying thousands of dollars in reloan fees. lol
