Ok Im back I was sinking with 13PDLS in Md but since I started following your directions 3 of them have sent me emails saying loan has been forgiven :D But some emails went unanswered just new loan documents trying to draft my account for the full amount or a few have called and wanted me to send payments via moneygram but with nothing in writing so I just hang up.last night I sat down and emailed a few who keep calling me the letter again. Should I wait til they respond or should I go ahead and send moneygrams. I just dont want to send money with nothing in writing to proof what its for. I spoke with a lady from progressive debt relief and she wanted my check acct # and said you pay them once a month and the put you on a 12mth payment plan with the PDLS and they pay them for you?? I was too nervous and it didnt seem right so i told her I would get back to her. She said but once you default for more than 2 weeks they cant take you on as a client because you may have a judgement against you? I'm just not sure what to do next and after all that I went thru I dont want anybody to have my account # again.. So any info you can give would be great.

Hi Niya,

You can take care of this yourself, you don't need to pay extra fee's to a company to help you out. :D

I would not send any payments to the companies until you have something from them. Have you received any responses from the BBB? If not, then I would wait a little bit until they respond. If you owe them money, that is fine, but don't send it until you have an address and as I said above, a communication from them stating what you owe. Otherwise they will continue to come after you.

Keep up the good work, they will go away, it will just take a little time :D

Thanx for the info. No response from BBB yet. but should I make arrangements with cashnet usa since they were they only legal one? And when they reply is email arrangements ok or USPS mail only. What should I do when they still try and collect interest and fees even when we have over paid them..wait til they come down? I called my HR dept to inquire about garnishments they said they only accept them if they are court documents should I still send a letter?... Let me say this site is wonderful because of you I am able to catch up on important bills. and give my 3yr old a christmas even if our budget was tight I bargain shopped and she will be so happy I will be greatful just to see her little face.. Happy Holidays To All who helped me I know I have a ways to go but could have never gotten started without you guys :D
