If they are the same as the one below, then yes, they are not licensed to lend. I wouldn't sign anything they sent to me, no freakin way! Make payment arrangements via email on your terms, tell them what you can afford and when, ask them for a physical address to send payments, send them money orders, pay the principal amount you borrowed and not a penny more. If they won't meet your terms, then that is their problem. Like I said, if this is the same company as below they are NOT licensed to lend anywhere in the U.S.

The only info I have for them is a phone number, which I looked up on this website and found it to be Loan Shop Online or LTS Management. I again requested my loan documents and they are avoiding that. I told them that once I get a copy of my documents, I will proceed to make payment arrangments. Do you think that's okay for me to do that?

Loan Shop Online is LTS management, I just finished dealing witht them. How much did you borrow? How much have you paid total including all fees? I sent them $30 via moneygram to pay off my principal balance, not a penny more. They sent me a PIF.

I was laid off from my job and asked to make arrangement but they allowed me to skip a payment and I tried again but they no. I placed a stop pymt and I can do $50 evey two weeks or $75 but she no. Does anyone have an address to mail payments even though she said she wouldn't accept it. The principle is $105 and balance $355

Hi Nikki,
How much have you already paid Loan Shop? Depending on the state you live in they may be illegal and if you have paid enough through fee's to cover the amount borrowed then you would technically be done with them.
What state do you live in?

I originally borrowed $300. They keep sending me emails offering me all these deals but I can only send them money via western union. And I keep requesting a copy of my loan documents. First he told me that I had to get my "request" form notarized. What is up with that? When I questioned that, that are now ignoring my request. I have every right to see my documents, right?
If you know you originally borrowed $300 from them and they did
If you know you originally borrowed $300 from them and they did credit your bank account with that money, I would move past the loan docs and settle with them for the orginal amount borrowed not a penny more. If you repaid them anything deduct that from the amount borrowed and pay the balance. If you do this I am sure you will get a PIF. I know it may be difficult coming up with the money but this will then be behind you. Good luck and I hope it all works out.
