I will never get a car from this company again. They sent me a letter stating that my Nov. 30th payment was past due and that I have until the Dec. 20th to make a payment otherwise they will excercise their right to possible repossession. I made the Nov. payment on Nov. 30th over the phone using my debit card which is documented by my bank statement, which I have faxed over to Citifinancial. They claim they cannot find the payment and want to me to send a another payment in the form of a money order. So now I have 2 payments due, the one they lost and now my Dec. payment. This can't be right. I called them after I got the letter and they said the account wasn't up for/marked for repo. Also for some strange reason I recieved a payoff letter that I did not request. Does anyone have any advice or a the number to Citifinancial account management department?

Rx.. do you have a local branch of Citifinaical near you? Or have you just been talking to customer no service? If you have a citifinancial near you go in and talk to one of the supervisors. Giving your bank statement SHOULD be proof enough that you paid, as it does or should say Citifinancial. It's not your fault that they can't find the money. Can you contact Citifinancial's customer service and just ask for their account management department/accounts resultions department without having to give your account number?

I'll have to check and see if there is a local branch nearby. I have been talking with the CSR reps, and have as of today faxed my bank statement over to there Payment Research Dept. Every time I call Citi it's either the call gets disconnected or transferred to 5 different dept. or 15min hold time.
