Ok Im Confused ?

Hello im new to the site and have a Question. I had a credit card debt charge off from ge money bank and it was sent to arrow F,S, but they did not contact me NES Collections calls with there threats and the yelling. so i called GE Money and they gave me AFS # and AFS states that they own the debt but they also use NES for collection NES will not work with me and be reasonable they want the $3,500 within two months and i dont have it. now AFS said they will let me send payments so what can NES do since they dont own the debt ? and should i send my payments to AFS ?

get it in writing that AFS is the actual creditor and that you can send in payments.then send a copy of that to NES asap.NES is a bottomfeeder deluxe and if you can pay AFS do it.
