Has anyone used this company while going through debt settlement? I can't find much information on them, only on the TASC website which identifies them as the premiere back end for debt settlement companies. I am just a little wary since I can't find any information or past user experience, good or bad, on the net.

I haven't used this but i took the help of Freedom debt relief and their debt reduction program helped me a lot as my debt amount reduced significantly

They are a servicing company for other companies clients. they do not sell anything. But yes, they are a good company. I send my cients to them if my clients need help with their debt.

This place is an old mortgage company that went out of business, and decided that this was the next new way to rip off people. Stay away, they have been around for less then a year and are already making a name for themselves. I am sure half these posts are from employees of the company.

My husband and I went to them for debt consolidation. We've sent them a lump sum of money every month and right off the top they take their cost of over a $100 and we have yet to see any of the five credit cards co. make a settlement. But we have since been approached at our home with being served by 2 of the credit card companies and now we are being sued, and now we have to get a lawyer, one that they suggested and now I''m getting worried that we're being taken. I will now have to look at finding another outside lawyer to check into all this and contact the credit card companies and see if we can somehow work on an agreement and settle out of court. Here we can make payments and we seek to consolidate and now were even worst off. I feel like this company is truly raping us of our last hope of getting a break to breathe again and not have this debt over our heads. Phone calls everyday, non stop. Now I'm doing all my homework, reading up on everything, checking things out and next I'm going to the Better Business Bureur. Beware. Once I see something being paid off of ours besides themselves paying their own pockets I might have a change of heart on my thoughts on Metron. Until then I will investigate every avenue of this company.

if u have american express dont use metron they cant settle unless u have a large amount of extra cash setting around american express is very agressive and will wage garnish you if they cant get what they want . metron will then send u to a lawyer that will charge you more money. metron has lied to me many times and did not follow up with my crediters till it was to late . will not refund any access money u paid in .

I have been with them for about a yr. I was very happy in the begining, until I realized I could do the same thign, without the fees!!! These people do NOTHING. They sit there and wait until YOU call them to follow up on settlements. i've settled 5 of my 8 credit card debts so far. 1 I was served a summons for and one is about to serve me. They offer no legal help (you have to pay) I told her striaght out, if I had the money for a lawyer I woulnd't be having you settle my debt!!! i luckly had a little chunk of money come in from some severance pay so that's why I was able to pay off alot of this debt. It does NOT work the way they say it will. If I didn't have extra money, I'd be screwed. It all lies!!! Do not pay someone to settle your debt

It's a shame none of you people complaining can spell to save your anus. I'm on here looking for advice and if one of you could complete a sentence without misspelling a word I'd take your advice half serious. What has our world become? A bunch of people waiting for a Muslim president to send them a check...

Metron.... Be very wary. Metron supposedly helps negotiate down debts but what they don't tell you is that some creditors don't even work with consolidations comps and also, before you even think of signing with them make sure you read the section that tells you that by signing you are waving the right to any legal actions against them... that should already make you stop to think. Secondly I got a court summons from a credit card that metron claimed they were working with and what their "legal advisor" says, show up for court asking for an extension so that you can have time to pay metron monthly in order for them to have enough money to pay or the claim they will pay that credit card. If you ask me it's all a** backwards. I'm in a huge jam now more than ever now on top of it all i have to take time out of my day to show up for court???????? STAY AWAY FROM METRON AND MIRACLE DEBT PLEASE!!!!!!!
