I have two small negative marks on my history. one for 132 and the other for 158 dollars. One is with Zenith Acquisition an the other with NCO FIN/27.
I sent each debt validation letters two weeks ago but have not heard from them yet.
Would anyone know how long it takes to hear from them?
Does anyone have Pay for Delete with these two?

Thanks nice people:)

This is a busy time of year with holidays and vacations and it could take longer than normal. It also depends whether it is a third party contingency debt or junk debt. Third party they are depend on getting info from the client....junk they have to see if they have it in their storage room.

Were your DV's in response to letters from them or after you finding them on your credit reports? Either way, they do not have to respond to your DV at all. If your DV was w/in 30 days of the initial dunning letter, then collection efforts must cease. Also, regardless, they must notate the accounts as in dispute. These are very small amounts. If they prove to be yours then I would look up Pay for Delete (PFD) letters. If you can negotiate a PFD, make sure you have a signed agreeement in hand before paying.

well, these two are the only things on my credit history.
My letters were not a response to theirs. Their letters, if ever sent never reached me.I sent DV letters to initiate the procedure so I can eventually do PFD.
how long should I wait for response? should I call them?
what should I do next in order to get these two out of my report asap? thank you. I appreciate your advice:)
