According to WI DFI website they don't have any physical address. (just did a quick search on up front money)

and here's the link for Financial processing:

http://www.wdfi.org/apps/CorpSearch/Details.aspx?entityID=F042703&hash=622615601&searchFunctionID=16678d92-4ca4-4661-bfe2-cd4b5af7f5d4&type=Simple&q=Financial+Processing%2c+LLC

It's actually registured under a foregin LLC

UpFront Money forked over $6k in a settlement this year (see article from Huffington Post titled, "Online Loan Sharks Trap People Into Debt -- Then Disappear." The argument that they offer up front cash rebates for calling cards and are not payday lenders, is just a trick. A company's practice and advertising methods--for example --if you search for payday loans in google and the company appears as a hit and they take money from your account every payday despite what they say they are a payday loan company and should have the appropriate licences according to state law. If they do not have the appropriate licenses to engage in payday lending then you should not pay anymore than the principal of the loan.
