I need to see if anyone has dealth with MyCashNow. I faxed and emailed them a letter this morning stating they were illegal and my account should be paid in full. I have the fax confirmation but my email came back as undelivered. I tried to login to my account and it now blocked.
Is it normal practice for them to send the emails back? Am I right to assume they have received my letter since they have now blocked access to my account?
I would appreciate any help on this.
