Cashtransfercenters.co is threatening to send my HR pay roll department an email telling them that I am unable to pay off my loan. I am so embarrassed! Can they do that? How can I get them to stop calling my work? I live in Caifornia.

send your HR person a WAGE ASSIGNMENT REVOCATION letter.then watch CTC squirm.they can and will try to push through a wage assignment.that is not a wage garnishment.a garnishment takes a court order.being not in this country and illegal they can't and won't get a granisment.get that letter to your HR person asap.you can find a template in the sample letters section bottom right of this page.once that's done they can do nothing at all.

Does anyone have a letter template for a Wage Assignment Revocation? I would like to get one to my Payroll office by the time school re-starts. I am a teacher and I don't need any nonsense.......you know teachers don't get paid much! :) I'd like to pay off the PDLs via money orders. (though I have unsuccessfully requested addresses TWICE)! Also, has any one had any dealing with primepayday.com? The man's name is Kevin.
