What you want to do is send a letter to CTC that revokes their use of the wage assignment that you sign and give your payroll a letter saying that you revoke any wage assignment. Also have you sent them a C&D letter? If not do that. When they call you at work start saying you do not work there anymore and have your co-workers do the same thing. This is what I did and they have stop calling.
I would tell them to go piss up a tree, they can't sue you, nor

as for the calls just keep telling them "dont call me here", along with the c&d letter. tell them the call is recorded. find anyway to avoid it. from my collection experiance the "pick up and hang up" is a classic move that can get under anyones skin.

do not worry about sending ctc a wage assignment revocation letter.just give it to your HR person.ctc is located overseas and any address in the U.S. is a front or shell.make sure your HR person gets the letter.then watch ctc squirm like worms.
