Are there any other options other than the EPP? My payments would exceed my unemployment check amount.
I was just trying to get any info I could prior to my visit to their office today.

You need to speak to the manager and explain your situation. If
You need to speak to the manager and explain your situation. If you can't pay you can't pay. In Florida the storefronts corporate offices are easy to deal with but in other states they are not.
