Arrow Recalled my Debt from NES .

Hello, Ok yesterday I called Arrow who owens the debt, and found out that after my Email complaint to them about NES and all of the Harassmet they Recalled my debt from NES of $3,500 and are now willing to settle for $1,300, I asked the person to fax me an agreement letter and he said he will, has anyone ever seen these letters and or problems with them ? Thanks.

They could be so 'willing' because they can't validate. Did you send NES a debt validation letter? If so, you should send one to arrow and make sure they properly validate the debt. You don't want to settle on a debt they can't prove.
